Refund policy

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To be accepted, your item must be:

— Unworn and unwashed

— Original tags still attached

— In its original packaging

 

Any item returned that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

Send your return request to contact@huguet-paris.com, stating your order number. We will send you a return label by email within 48 business hours.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used for your original order.

If you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at contact@huguet-paris.com with a photograph of the item. We will cover all return costs and offer you an exchange or a full refund.
