Refund policy

RETURNS

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Beyond 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are covered by Huguet Paris for orders placed in mainland France.

Return shipping costs are €10 for orders placed outside mainland France.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please send your request to contact@huguet-paris.com; we will send you a return label to print and attach to your parcel.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received the returned item.

We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
