2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on huguet-paris.com, operated by HGT2. By placing an order on this site, the customer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

HGT2 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The conditions applicable are those in force at the time the order is placed.

3. Products & Availability

Products offered for sale are those listed on the site, subject to stock availability. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified by email and fully refunded within 14 days.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated during the checkout process.

Huguet Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are charged at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

Orders are placed online at huguet-paris.com. An order is definitively confirmed upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the customer upon receipt of payment.

HGT2 reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an ongoing dispute, payment default, or any other legitimate reason.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

— Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via Shopify Payments

— PayPal

— Interest-free payment in 3 instalments via Alma (orders between €200 and €2,000)

 

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Products remain the property of Huguet Paris until full payment has been received.

 

Pay in 3 instalments with Alma

The interest-free 3-instalment payment option is offered through our partner Alma. By selecting this option, the customer accepts Alma's general terms and conditions. Any refusal of credit by Alma may result in the cancellation of the order.

7. Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy available on the site.

Huguet Paris delivers to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

9. Legal Guarantees

All products sold on huguet-paris.com benefit from:

— The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)

— The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

10. Liability

Huguet Paris is fully liable for the proper execution of obligations arising from the distance selling contract, in accordance with Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code.

Huguet Paris shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure or the unforeseeable actions of a third party.

11. Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Huguet Paris adheres to a consumer mediation scheme. In the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service team, please contact us at contact@huguet-paris.com to obtain the details of the relevant mediator.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the huguet-paris.com website (texts, images, logos, graphics) are the exclusive property of HGT2 and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those designated by the French Code of Civil Procedure.
