2. Application of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sales made on the Huguet Paris website operated by HGT2. Any order placed on this Huguet Paris site implies the client's unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
HGT2 reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the order placed by the client.
3. Products and Availability
The products offered for sale are those described and available on the site at the time of the order. Huguet Paris makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and product availability but cannot be held responsible for minor errors or stock shortages.
Photographs of the products have no contractual value.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices of the products are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs, which will be indicated during the order process.
Huguet Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
The accepted payment methods are as follows:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Products remain the property of Huguet Paris until full payment of the price.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the client at the time of the order.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of order confirmation. Huguet Paris strives to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or carrier delays.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of the products and are specified at the time of ordering.
Delivery Areas
Huguet Paris delivers to:
- France
- Italy
- Belgium
- Spain
- Portugal
- Germany
Any orders outside of these areas may be refused.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, the client has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the order without having to justify their reason or pay a penalty.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact) and in their original packaging.
Returns are covered by Huguet Paris.
To initiate a return, the client must contact customer service at contact@huguet-paris.com.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the order.
8. Warranties and Liability
All products sold on the Huguet Paris site benefit from legal warranties, including the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
Limitation of Liability
The liability of Huguet Paris cannot be engaged for any indirect damage, loss of profits, or any other harm related to the use of the site or the delivery of products.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those designated by the Code of Civil Procedure.
