Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

Huguet Paris uses two carriers depending on your delivery country:

— Mondial Relay — France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal

— Colissimo (La Poste) — France home delivery, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland

* Switzerland is outside the European Union. Customs duties may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel:

— Via mondialrelay.fr for Mondial Relay shipments

— Via laposte.fr for Colissimo shipments

For Mondial Relay pick-up point deliveries, you will select your preferred pick-up point after completing your payment. Mondial Relay will notify you by email as soon as your parcel is available for collection.

Huguet Paris is fully responsible for the proper execution of your order until delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or note your reservations with the carrier, then contact us immediately.

In the event of a lost parcel, please contact us at contact@huguet-paris.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible.
